Take
a hot air balloon ride in Steamboat! |
We
were staying at the Eagle Ridge Lodge in September for our
anniversary, and were amazed at all that was going on, even
during a time of year that is considered to be the "off
season." Of course, there were obviously fewer people
in town than you might find on a December weekend, but it
was still chock-full of great things to do. The weather
was gorgeous, the trees were starting to change color, and
one morning, right outside the Studio, a hot air balloon
was coming up from the valley below. We could hear the flames
being shot up into the beautiful multi-colored balloon,
and imagined the spectacular view they must have had. The
company who owns the balloon we saw is Wild
West Balloon Adventures of Steamboat. They offer a variety
